attentive staff super clean room fresh breakfast quick pickup
i felt immediately at ease there! the staff was attentive, and my room was super clean. breakfast featured handmade yoghurts and cheeses with the option to order freshly prepared eggs. it was easy to get around using ride services, with quick pickups available.

the room was nice and large. the bathroom was equally spacious and had all needed facilities. my stay included very comfortable amenities and friendly staff members.

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the waterfront.
The breakfast service was quite slow, and there seemed to be some reluctance to prepare omelets! the room decor felt a bit dated. It definitely didn't scream 'luxury'.

outdated system magnetic card
the staff offered helpful tips for dinner and local sites which i found useful.
i found several keys were needed to move around the hotel hotel and to enter or exit the building. a magnetic card would be much simpler. i was surprised the hotel used such an outdated system.
